Students are introduced to theoretical and practical knowledge of basic technological processes such as alloying, moulding, or machining of metals and polymers, HSC machining and heat treatment, as well as to the planning of production processes and systems, tool design, quality control and ecology, which are related to metal processing and technology of polymeric materials. Special attention is paid to computer-aided technologies, NC programming, CAD-CAM systems, robotics, and furthermore to the knowledge of marketing and management of manufacturing companies.
Scholarship info (2nd year and up)
In the second and the following academic year of studies the DP scholarship may be paid from the resources of the scholarship fund of the Faculty, at which the student is enrolled. Students may submit the request within 30 days of the next academic year. The amount of the scholarship depends on the Dean's decision.
